Are your Blinds Custom Made as required?

All of our Blinds are custom made from your measurements, to fit your windows perfectly. We don’t sell readymade products or cut down ready made products, so from all your CAS Blinds products you can expect long lasting, perfectly fitting blinds.

Are your products made in Australia?

At our Homebush West workshop, we take great pride in crafting all of our blinds and curtains from locally-sourced materials that come directly from Australian suppliers. Every piece is meticulously made with care and precision, ensuring the highest quality products for our customers. Trust us to deliver a beautiful and sustainable addition to your home décor.

May we have a sneak peek at your products before purchasing?

Absolutely! We exhibit an extensive range of blinds and other products at our splendid showroom located at 38 Richmond Road, Homebush West NSW 2140. Our expert team eagerly awaits to assist you in making an informed decision.

What is the Warranty on your products?

Our DIY blinds and curtains come with a 3-year parts warranty and a 5-year fabric warranty. This means that we'll replace any faulty parts or fabrics at no cost to you during this period.

Are the colours on your website an accurate guide?

Technology has provided us with numerous devices like PC monitors, laptops, tablets, and phones that can display a range of colours, patterns, and weaves. However, it's important to remember that these devices come with their own settings and resolution that may result in varying displays. To ensure accuracy, we recommend ordering swatch samples to get a better idea of the colours before making a purchase.

Please note that these samples are meant to guide you and should be considered a reference point as there may be slight variations between batches. It's important to keep in mind that natural products such as Timber may also have variations in grain and direction, which is part of its unique charm. So, even though it may seem like a timber blind has a defect, it's important to know that these natural characteristics are what make it most appealing.

Measure Up

What happens if I need advice on Measuring?

Measuring your windows or doors isn't hard, and you can use our Online "How to Measure Guides" for each product. If you are not sure if you have measured correctly, please contact us and we can answer any questions on measuring, or answer any queries you might have about our products.

What happens if I supply the incorrect measurement?

Once the Product has been manufactured the goods cannot be returned as the blinds are custom made, and cannot be used on another job.

Please follow the " How to Measure Guide". Contact us if you have any further questions prior to ordering and we will be happy to talk you through it.

If you aren’t confident about measuring your windows or doors accurately, we can provide a measuring and fitting service.

Can you provide a fitting & measuring service?

We proudly provides this service at absolutely no extra cost to you. Our team is ready to visit you within the Greater Sydney area to measure your space and give you a quote that suits your needs. Plus, we go the extra mile and offer professional installation, ensuring a stress-free process from start to finish. Contact us for a Free measure and quote.

Orders & Deliveries

How long will my order take?

All our Products are custom made to your measurements. The manufacturing time will vary depending on the product.

Blinds 7 working days
Curtains 21 working days

Can I change my order?

You can change your order for up to 24 hours after we receive your payment.

Please check your order carefully, including your measurements, fabric and colour selection, and that all details are correct, before completing the order.

Delivery Charges

We charge a flat rate of $29 for the entire order Australia wide.

Free shipping for order over $499.

When will I receive my order?

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide is between 4-8 business days, Perth between 6-10 business days, and for the rest of Australia between 5-10 business days. However, please allow up to 15 business days for all deliveries.

How will my order be delivered?

Standard deliveries are made Monday - Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays. Please ensure that there will be someone available at the nominated delivery address to sign for your items and receive the delivery. The standard delivery service does not include taking the items inside, upstairs or in lifts, placement in your home or removal of packaging.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes as our products are too large. Our products are delivered by courier and may require a signature upon delivery.

To avoid unnecessary delays please ensure you give your full street address at checkout.

What happens if my order is Lost or Damaged?

Don't worry, you are covered by our FREE transit insurance! Our logistics network is designed to reduce the number of times your items are handled but with the number of orders we ship around the country on very rare occasions, products can be lost or damaged in transit.

If the carrier advises you that an order is lost in transit, please contact us for assistance.

If an item has been delivered, and it clearly appears damaged it is important to further investigate before you sign the acceptance of delivery. If it is in an acceptable condition, please note on the consignment that the packaging is damaged and crossed out received in good condition.

If the item has been severely damaged, you should take photos or video showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately. We will then organise a replacement to be sent out to you at your earliest convenience.

Can I pick up the order?

We offer a FREE Click & Collect option that you can select at checkout. No handling charges or other charges apply.

Please select Pick Up at checkout and we will inform you when the order is ready for collection.

Cancellation Process

Can I cancel my order?

An order can only be cancelled within 12 hours of the order being placed (the next business day).
A charge of $55.00 will be deducted from your refund for cancelled orders prior to manufacturing. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of the written notice of cancellation. Payments will be refunded in the same manner as received e.g. Credit card or Bank Deposit.

Can I return my goods or products for a refund after it has been delivered?

As your order has been made to suit your window sizes; we are unable to accept returns for our custom made goods, as Into Blinds are unable to reuse them or sell them.
